Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and manage a small sales team (2–3 members) in approaching and servicing international customers.
Implement sales, marketing, and export business plans according to company strategy.
Directly participate in sales: negotiating, maintaining, and developing customer relationships while acquiring new clients.
Monitor contract execution, coordinate with supply and documentation teams to ensure smooth delivery, payment, and issue resolution.
Coach and mentor sales team members to improve sales skills and customer service.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on business performance, customer updates, and market trends to the Head of Sales.
Propose initiatives to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

College degree or higher (Foreign Trade, Economics, International Business, Commerce, or Foreign Languages preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales/foreign trade, with team management or mentoring experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of Incoterms, international payments, and export contracts.
Strong English skills in all four aspects (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a small team, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Professional, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
